The SXSW EDU event is a component of the popular South by Southwest (SXSW) conference and festival. Mental health and student retention are major concerns for online and hybrid educators, with more than 23% of students “ghosting” their academic advisors and teachers. Dr. Julie Delich is the VP of Retention and Student Support at Wiley University Services. She is passionate about helping students and finding innovative new ways to positively impact the student journey.
Amy Blankson is the CEO of Fearless Positivity, Co-Founder of the Digital Wellness Institute, and bestselling author of The Future of Happiness. Her current work focuses on cultivating happiness and well-being in the digital era.
