Our Partnership Models

While we have expanded our service offerings to support corporate learners and campus programs, most of our partnerships are still focused on supporting universities with their online programs and students. Our world-class solutions and services are tailored for the success of higher ed and business communities. This is the case for end-to-end partnerships, targeted programs and defined projects.

Three Flexible Higher Ed Partner Models

For universities, we predominantly offer three types of partnerships:

• Enterprise Online Program Management (EOPM): By your side, every step of the way. EOPM is the lowest-risk option, as it works as a revenue share relationship. It is long-term, strategic support for creating, launching, and enhancing a large number of programs. We will provide most of the capital, infrastructure, and technology you will need.
• Programmatic Online Program Management (POPM): A similar revenue-sharing model to EOPM, but with a smaller portfolio of programs. This is popular with those who have fewer programs, but still need end-to-end strategic and financial support.
• Fee-for-Service (FFS): This is targeted support for individual defined projects such as specific market research or moving an on-campus course online. This model works best if you already have the infrastructure, capital, and resources to begin a project.
