Since 2012, Jourdan Hathaway has translated business opportunities into scalable marketing strategies and technologies that increase efficiency, performance, and revenue. She oversees technology-enabled marketing efforts across a continuum of today’s digital channels. This is an integral component of the student lifecycle in support of university partner enrollment targets and brand standards. Jourdan concentrates on driving measurable business results and the standardization of data-driven best practices—with a deep commitment to fostering a positive customer and employee experience along the way.

Jourdan is passionate about talent development and creating a culture that encourages innovation and collaboration, recognizing that success rests in the power of a motivated and inspired team. She leads large diverse teams across Wiley’s departments to develop and execute against high-impact objectives. This requires leadership and activation on customer insights, lead generation and post-lead nurturing, marketing automation, customer data management, operational decision making, program measurement, and change management. Before joining Wiley, Jourdan was head of client services at an interactive agency that emphasized direct response digital solutions and software development. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Public Relations with a Minor in Marketing from the University of Central Florida. Today, she continues to mentor students from her alma mater and is often a guest speaker
