As Vice President of Client Management, Jen Groh is passionate about the future of learning. While promoting mutually beneficial partnerships, operational excellence, and professional development among her team at Wiley, she is focused on innovative service strategies and opportunities. Jen delivers a combination of skills and experiences that are vital to Wiley’s preparation for the future of higher education.
Jen’s relationship management experience started on the corporate side at Aetna and later at Aon Hewitt Consulting Services. Looking to transition into higher education, Jen leveraged her relationship management skills by joining Wiley and managing university partners’ online program management services. Since her first role at Wiley, she has gained experience in areas such as program strategies, accreditation, and teaching. Jen served as the chief strategy officer for the Council for Adult and Experiential Learning, where she led initiatives for equitable degree completion and work-based learning. Jen returned to the Wiley team with these experiences to lead the way in shifting the landscape of higher education by exploring new products, services, and trends in life-long learning.
Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from Western Michigan University, as well as a Master of Business Administration and a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership from Concordia University—Chicago.
