Spotlight On: Rachel Berry, Partnership Manager
Last updated on: February 3, 2021

Rachel speaks with sincerity and passion when describing her work at Wiley Education Services as a Partnership Manager. Being in a role that emphasizes relationship building with universities is special for her.
Rachel started her career at Wiley as a Student Services Coordinator, before moving into her current role in 2017. Prior to coming to Wiley, she worked in a variety of roles – from public relations for a non-profit organization and fundraising at a university, to teaching English in South Korea. Rachel worked at Enterprise immediately prior to joining Wiley.
When asked what career lessons she’s learned since joining the Wiley team several years ago, Rachel shared that she’s finally become comfortable with not having all of the answers all of the time. She spoke about the importance of using one’s resources to find answers to the unknown, which is a valuable takeaway for colleagues at any point in their careers.
Rachel earned her Bachelor’s in Communication from the University of Florida and her Masters in Marketing from Florida State University. To answer the question some of you may be asking yourselves – she is a Gator through and through!
Rachel and her husband Cory love to travel, and they have already ticked quite a few destinations off their list: Costa Rica, Peru, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Indonesia, and Thailand to name a few.
Rachel and Cory have come a long way since their globetrotting days. They now have a two-year-old daughter and love going to the park and baking together. Rachel also loves hanging out with her two fur babies (cats).
