Generous PTO Policy

A minimum of 19 days of paid vacation (with increases with years of service), plus 10 company-observed holidays and two floating holidays.


Marvin Wachman Colleague Tuition Scholarship Program

Available to qualified full-time employees as well as certain family members, this program provides the opportunity to enroll at a number of our partner institutions’ programs for free or at a significantly reduced tuition rate.


401(k) Savings Plan

Save up to 50 percent of your pay through convenient payroll deductions. We also help you reach your savings goals with three types of contributions—matching contributions of $0.25 for every dollar you contribute, up to 6 percent of pay; basic retirement contributions of 3 percent of pay; and potentially an annual discretionary contribution.


Matching Gifts and Service Grants

We will financially match all gifts and volunteer services to qualified institutions and charity organizations. In addition, we hold an annual Community Service Day to bring our team together for a day of volunteering out in the community.
